 | I paint people, angels, and a variety of natural objects including butterflies, flowers, leaves, vines and more. I represent in paint what I see with a clear mind to the spirit of the story or the underlying feeling of what I'm painting. I make the intangible feelings I have tangible in paint, because it's a joy to do so and to share this.
I paint in oil and gold leaf on wood and canvas using traditional European drawing and painting methods in a modern, personally meaningful way. I teach art in a number of different places in and around Princeton, NJ and am available to travel for workshops and lectures. I'm in private collections in the United States and abroad and show solo and in group shows. I’ve been featured in newspaper, magazine, radio and television programs. I was raised in Chicago and have lived all around the country. I currently live outside of Princeton New Jersey.
