"I cannot help myself," Karen exclaims, "I love color!" This may account for the inspiration she derives from nature with its amazing brilliance and beauty. "Life is a never ending series of changes. So, therefore, I capture a moment in time before it slips away. I feel driven to immortalize these special times before they are lost forever."
Karen has studied under such watercolor masters and teachers as Tony Couch, Robbie Laird, Gerald Brommer, Joe Cibere, Deborah McDonald, Fealing Lin and Gail Benton. She has participated in numerous individual shows and juried exhibitions. Her works are on display in the finest homes in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Houston, Cleveland and elsewhere. |
