Transfercare Protectors Inc. has commissioned internationally renowned artist Tom Pergola to create exclusive custom-designed sculptural urns.
BROOKLYN, New York-September 1, 1999 - Transfercare Protectors, Inc., a worldwide leader in the development of funereal technology has commissioned artist Tom Pergola to design original and limited edition cremation urns for international sale and distribution. Each sculptural urn will be a unique work of art whose design will reflect the owner's own unique personality, favorite obsession or love during their lifetime. These sculptural urns will be strictly limited in edition, numbered, and signed by the artist. They will also be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
An even more exclusive sculptural urn will be available to the collector who wishes to personally commission the artist to create a one of a kind piece of artwork reflecting their own specific desires. These could be requested well in advance of their actual use in order to be enjoyed as artwork before their actual time of need.
These beautiful and functional urns are designed in such a way as to allow for the cremains to be easily nestled into their permanent home within the sculpture after being transferred to a velvetlined resting pouch. They can then be displayed either in the home or a niche at the crematory if preferred. Made out of high quality materials, they will be sculpted in the form of the actual object, such as a golf bag, baseball, or violin case, to name a few. Themes to choose from will include, sports, music, cooking, professional occupations (doctors, lawyers, etc.) hobbies, or any area of interest. They will weigh approximately 20 lbs. empty and contain approximately 220 cubic inches of interior space.
